Server upgrade from Ubuntu 22.10 -> 23.04! PHP will need to be recompiled, because libicu has been upgraded in the process. It did not break here because I did not remove the package from this server yet, but it is removed from the compile box.

I am not aware of any other packages that were upgraded that would break anything else regarding the web server.
