   Server upgrade from Ubuntu 22.10 -> 23.04! PHP will need to be recompiled, because libicu has been upgraded in the process. It did not break here because I did not remove the package from this server yet, but it is removed from the compile box.
   
   I am not aware of any other packages that were upgraded that would break anything else regarding the web server.

     PHP 7.4.33 is recompiled to now use the latest known libicu for Ubuntu 23.04. Now to remove most of the obsolete packages from the main web server...
