   Cosmetic change to the site data path: sitedata -> www-data
   
   Also, the mariadb systemd config is cleaned up... once again.
   
   I still have a copy of the pre-migration MariaDB config; this will be part of the server backup. I say this because I made changes to that as well.

     Okay, the database is more responsive after these changes... probably a coincidence.
