M01/B01 - Da Princess in da gle club
I decided to check this fic out after a friend shared it. Come on, tell me that you wouldn't spork this if you had the chance. Also, I thought that this fic was the "My Immortal" of Glee. Seriously, if it wasn't for this fic, I don't think I'd ever begin En Masse.
M02/A01 - Meet Shyloh
I know that the author probably thinks that her fic is an "Old Shame" of hers, but that still didn't stop me from wanting to throw Shyloh into a volcano or something.
Seriously, this is all I heard... "Blah, blah, blah, I'm not girly! Blah, blah, blah, I don't wear a dress! Blah, blah, blah, I'm independent! Blah, blah, blah, I don't fall for guys like those other girly girls!"
There's nothing wrong with being independent, but... she did act girly... and she swooned over Shadow.
Shyloh, take your hypocritical "Grrrl Powah!" attitude and go get hit by a bus, please.
M03/B02 - Jasukurini Sakaraemonii (With Short: Kurotsuki Yamihana)
I don't have much to say about this. I only thought that they were trollfics of sorts. Moving on.
M04/A02 - INFECTION
I have no idea why this a Ring fic. The only connection is in the tape, and even then, this fic suffers from a severe case of missing logic.
Even worse? Symphony's bitchy attitude. I actually wanted to strangle her for being a whiny, selfish bint.
M05/B03 - The attack of Akuma (With short: sonic where are you)
This MSTing took me a little while to finish thanks to "The attack of Akuma". Seriously, I was actually dealing with my own laughing fits while I was trying to riff it. Thank heavens I did finish, because I was worried that I'd never post it. So, yes, I do admit; "The attack of Akuma" was one of my favorite fics to riff because it was just so hilariously terrible.
M06/A03 - 6 mistakes men make on Valentine's Day
I loathe February 14, whether I'm in a relationship or not. Honestly, I'd feel sorry for the poor sap -- I mean, person who ends up in a relationship with the writer of this shoddy article.
Oh, and Ms./Mrs. Weiss? Capitalize your damn article titles correctly! Spell out "six"! Capitalize the "M" in "Mistakes", "Men", and "Make"! I'm not a paid writer, and I can do that a lot better... for free!
M07/B04 - A Quadruple Valentine's Whammy
If you want to remain single forever, go ahead and follow the advice in these articles. I thought that all four of them had a nasty edge of shallowness in them.
M08/S01 - Ultimate
This riffed fic originally had this tag... M08/A04.
The Egg Spiral members did riff this fic by themselves, and I still have a beta version of it that goes up to about half of the third chapter. However, I felt that this fic was actually terrible, so I changed my mind and made both groups take it on at the same time, thus creating the first unintentional special.
Personally... It was very hard for me to work with this fic, because I just couldn't stand Dusk's Stu-ness. Powerful, powerful, powerful. Gah, shut up with the "powerful" crap!
It also didn't help that in order to beat someone who basically "Game Sharked" the canon, they basically had to pull an ass pull of their own. In other words, Shadow turned into one giant Stu. Yeah, this fic... it just wasn't right at all.
M09/A04 - Defying Destiny
Here's what irks me about this fic... the author claims that her work is good.

Aside from that admitted cruelty of laughing... I enjoyed working on this fic. I don't know why, but I just loved Serenity's blatant Sueness for some reason. I honestly hope that the author updates it soon so that the Egg Spiral crew can jab at the next chapter.
Now, I'm not saying that the author can't write (even though it looks like she's writing or being inspired from SMeyer's horrendous writing style), I'm just saying that she should improve and stop swatting everyone's critiques away like they're out to murder her whole family or something.
M10/B05 - Sky Blue
Dear God, was this fic horribly formatted. I hated all of the anime crap that was crammed in there. Also, the random guest stars made my head spin. The report at the Bastion of Questionable Sanity (on Livejournal) paints Sky as a worse Sue, but I disagree, since she was a lot more tolerable than the annoying Gadchet, who I wanted to throw into a wood chipper.
M11/A05 - The White Hedgehog
How in the bloody hell was it possible to one-up Dusk from "Ultimate"?! For that, Kathryn has managed to win the awful honor of being the biggest "MST 'EM" Sue for this season.
I initially thought that Kat would be a minor thorn in my backside, since the Sue report at the Bastion of Questionable Sanity painted her as the typical Mary Sue, so I thought that it would be fun to riff on her, like I did with Serenity. Instead, I received a whole damn cactus. No offense to Jenny Blue (the author) or anything... but yes, I did hate this fic.
And yes... I did hate Kathryn, because everybody talked about her when she wasn't around, she was praised by her looks alone, she was magically supposed to be the leader of Knothole (but she refuses because it's "not her destiny"), and nobody calls her out on her illogical whining or the bitchy bullshit that she got away with! (Well, Sonic does call her out at one point, but it's only brushed off because the Bitch Sue is... "OMG SO HAWT!" Yeah.)
And I'm supposed to feel sorry for her after she realizes that she wouldn't shut the hell up after spilling all of Sally's secrets in front of her face? Seriously?!
I honestly wished that Kat should've died in a fire or something, and I should've made this damned fic a special. She was that infuriating of a Black Hole/Sympathetic/Relationship/Jerk Sue to witness. She took up more space than she needed. It was so bad, that we had to shift to her point of view when she was knocked out! This Sue is extremely vain!
Also, I'm wondering if the author hates Sally, because this looked like a Sally bashing fic to me. Yeah, I know, this fic was based on the screwed up Archie comic series, but... you've seriously done something wrong if you're being a bigger bitch than the "bitchy" character. No, I'm not white knighting Sally, but by the time I finished riffing this fic, I actually felt sorry for Sally. And that never happened before.
