    openssl: 3.0.21 -> 3.0.22, 3.5.7 -> 3.5.8
    php: 8.5.9 -> 8.5.10, 8.6.0beta1 -> 8.6.0beta2

    Recompile
    curl: due to openssl updates


    Amusingly, PHP 8.5 and 8.6 was going to be recompiled after the Ubuntu 26.04.1 upgrade path, but PHP was updated before this, and that upgrade path is apparently ~2 weeks away... so this was to be done today.
