1. Download the file into a temporary directory. (e.g. c:\temp)
2. Extract the contents into a blank floppy disk
3. Right click My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware Tab
4. Choose Device Manager
5. Click on Other Devices -> Ethernet Controller -> right Click -> Properties
6. Go to Driver Tab
6. Chose Update Driver
7. Follow the on-screen instructions
8. Choose the Search for suitable driver for my device option
9. Select Floppy disk drives option
10. Click Next button
11. After the driver has been installed, choose Finish & then Close.
