Based on the hugely successful Classic Tropez technology (PC Magazine's 
Editor's Choice for best multimedia sound card) this board has a full 4 MB
of Wavetable ROM for astonishingly realistic MIDI playback.  Add up to 12 MB
of RAM for creating your own MIDI instruments, and you've got yourself a 
sampler.  

The Hardware Full-Duplex capabilities on the Tropez Plus allow for 
simultaneous playback and recording, which is integral for all Internet 
phone and telephony applications.
