SYMPTOMS
========

When you are composing an e-mail message, if you try to add an Internet address
to your personal address book by clicking the To button and then clicking New,
you may receive the following error message after you enter the address
information:

   One or more changes you made could not be saved. Not enough information is
   available to create this entry. Need at least a name, email address, and
   address type.

RESOLUTION
==========

To add Internet addresses to your personal address book, click Address Book on
the Tools menu and then click New.
