     NEW! This self-extracting executable contains Creatals.exe.
     This tool allows administrators to modify the

SUMMARY
-------

The default Microsoft Windows NT user rights allow
non-administrative users to create domain local groups. The CREATALS
command line utility is used to modify the DOMAIN_CREATE_ALIAS rights
on the domain.  This utility applies to Windows NT 4.0 and previous
versions on Windows NT and will not be required or supported in
future releases.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
-------------------------

1. Download all of the update files into your Resource Kit directory. By
   default, this directory is:
      C:\NTRESKIT\

   If your software is not capable of downloading the file
   into a particular directory, download the file and copy or move
   it to your Resource Kit directory.

2. Rename Creatals_axp.exe to Creatals.exe.
