Bug fixed:  Test fix for the IBM DFT link service to allow 
            operation on Windows NT 3.5


Update procedure:

- Stop the SNA Server service using the SNA Server Admin program
  or via the "NET STOP SNASERVER" command.

- Copy the updated IBMDFT.DLL to the <snaroot>\SYSTEM directory

- Restart the SNA Server service
