Problem description:

2716  DFT installation problem leads to Event 262 causing SNA Server
      to fail to start (hotfix build 277).

Applying the update:

- after SNA Server is installed, do not initially install an IBM DFT
  link service.  If it is installed, remove this link service using
  SNA Setup

- apply the updated IBMDFT.INF file to the SNA Server's
  <snaroot>\system\hwsetup directory

- run SNA Setup and install an IBM DFT link service
