Description: Setup update to provide option to not remove
             Invokable TP's when removing SNA Server 2.0

Applying the update:

- Before removing SNA Server 2.0 using the setup program, first
  replace the original <snaroot>\SETUP.INF and SETUP.SRL with 
  the versions included above.

- Run the SNA Server 2.0 Setup program and select the "Remove"
  option.  A new checkbox for removing Invokable TP's will appear
  in the removal confirmation dialog, and will not be checked by
  default.
