Returns or sets a Double value specifying the rate at which a file plays.
object.Rate
The valid range for Rate is from –10 to –1 and from 1 to 10. The normal (default) playback rate is 1. A playback rate of 2 equates to twice the normal playback speed.
An ASF file must be stopped and the AllowScan property must be true before you can set the Rate property. Rate applies only to files that meet the same conditions as stated in the CanScan section.
