Indicates the file bit rate limit was reached.

Syntax

Private Sub object_OnMaxFileBitRate datetime rate

Parameter	Description
datetime	A Date value indicating the time the event occurred expressed in Greenwich mean time (GMT).
rate	A Long value specifying the current file bit rate limit.
