Copying a Channel

You can make a copy of an existing channel and give it a different name. When you copy a channel you must change the multicast IP address. You can also make other changes to channel information.

To copy a channel

1. Under Channels, click Configure Channels.
2. Select the channel whose information you want to copy, and then click Copy.

   

3. In the Copy Channel dialog box, type a new name for the channel file.
4. Click OK.
5. In Configure Channels, type a new IP address for the channel in the IP Address box, and make any other changes you want.
6. Click OK.
