SYMPTOMS
========

When you are connected to MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may be unable to send
or receive e-mail messages using Microsoft Exchange.

CAUSE
=====

Microsoft Exchange may not be properly configured to work with MSN.

RESOLUTION
==========

To properly configure Microsoft Exchange to work with MSN, follow these steps in
Windows 95:

1. Right-click the Inbox icon on your desktop, and then click Properties.

2. Make sure the following items are listed in the "The following information
   services are set up in this profile" box:
    - Personal Address Book

    - Personal Folders

    - The Microsoft Network Online Service

3. If any of these items is missing, click Add to add them to your Microsoft
   Exchange profile.

You may also see the Internet Mail information service listed in the "The
following information services are set up in this profile" box. The Internet
Mail information service is used by third-party Internet service providers and
is not compatible with MSN. To remove the Internet Mail information service from
your Microsoft Exchange profile, click Internet Mail, and then click Remove.
