For AD1881 Audio drivers for win2000 :    

            If your OS is Windows 2000 and you decide to install the AD1881 Audio drivers,
        the procedures are listed as follows.
        1. From the Control Panel, double-click the System icon.
        2. Click Hardware/Device Manager.
        3. Select Sound,Video and game controllers/AC'97 driver for intel 82801AA 
           Controller/Driver/Update Driver.
        4. Follow any prompts for Windows 2000 installation disks and restart
           when prompted.
