There are two steps to install the software.

[Step one]: 
Update SMBus Host Controller Driver
1. open the 'start'->'settings'->'control pane'->'system'
2. select 'hardware'->'Device Manager'->'System devices',
   and double-click 'intel 82801BA/BAM SMBus Controller-2443'
3. 'Driver'->'Update Driver', In 'Hardware Update Wizard' panel,
   'Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)'->'Next'
4. 'Hardware Update Wizard'->'Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)'->'Next'
5. Select 'Don't search. I will choose the driver to install'->'Next'
6. select 'Have Disk', find the 'SMBus.inf' in the directory that files
   [CDROM:\Monitor\smsc\win2kxp]and follow the prompt to update the driver.
7. check the 'Show compatible hardware' and select 'SMSC' in the Manufacturer pane, 
   click 'Next'
8. Click Finish to finish the driver update.

After driver update, the original 'Intel 82801BA/BAM SMBus Controller-2443' is 
replaced by 'SMSC 82801BA/BAM SMBus Controller - 2443' in 'System devices'.

[Step two]: 
Install the application program
Double-click "etup.exe" in the directory that files in [CDROM:\Monitor\smsc\win2kxp],
and follow the prompts to finish the application installation.
