====================

   v1.03 06/16/2003
         * Fix S-ATA display

   v1.01 05/20/2003
         * RAID 1.5 support

   v1.0 03/07/2003
         * First Release

4. Known Problems
==================

  * Multi-controller support

    The software supports both HPT372N/ICH5 controller.
    This version do not support cross-controller RAID array.

    To use this BIOS/driver, the Intel RAID BIOS for ICH5-R SATA controller
    must be removed from system BIOS.

    The driver must be installed on both HPT372N/ICH5 controller at same
    time; You can not install this driver only on HPT372N controller.

  * Problem on two disks with same signature under Windows 98/ME

    If you break a RAID 1 array into two single disks without destroying data and
    use both of them under Windows 98/ME, Windows will behave abnormally since
    there are two volumes with same Windows signature. To solve the problem, boot
    into MS-DOS mode and run "fdisk /mbr".

  * Remove Driver in Windows 98 Device Manager

    When you attempt to remove the controller and driver in Windows 98 device
    manager, system may pop up a dialog box saying "Windows cannot determine
    if it can remove this device safely". Please click "Cancel" in this dialog.
    Clicking "Test" may cause the system to hang or crash.
