DESCRIPTION:  Creates an Installation Diskette for Version 3.41 Rev B of the 
CIM Desktop Agents for OS/2.  Contains programs that help inventory, troubleshoot, 
and protect Deskpro models that support Intelligent Manageability  and that are 
running IBM OS/2. The SNMP agents allow the system to be managed by SNMP-compliant 
management applications such as Compaq Insight Manager.  
Desktop Management Interface (DMI) support allows the computer to be managed by 
DMI-compliant management applications. 

HOW TO USE:             

1. Download the Softpaq to an empty directory on your 
   hard drive and change to that directory. The file that 
   is downloaded is SP4724.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the Softpaq file: 
  
   SP4724[ENTER]

   The following files should be created:
   
   QRST5.EXE
   276867US._01
   SP4724.TXT

3. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

4. To create a diskette, run QRST5 and follow the 
   on-screen instructions.

5. After the diskette is created, you may delete the 
   downloaded file SP4724.EXE and the other files created 
   on your hard drive if you wish.

6. Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for installation 
   instructions and additional information.
