ENHANCEMENTS:  
- Provides a new "User Guides" icon under the "Pick A Help Topic" section of the
  homepage if the new User Guide application is installed. If the new User Guide
  application is not installed, a "Learn More About Your PC" icon is displayed,
  which is the same as previous version of the software.

- Adds a "Help and Support" icon in the HP Info Center application.

- Removes the "Help and Support" desktop icon.

HOW TO USE:  
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
