ENHANCEMENTS:
- Provides reliability and performance improvements to the allocation feature
(User -> Blade PC Resource).

NOTE: With this change, any HP SAM server that has less than 1 GB of memory
(which is below the minimum requirement for HP SAM) will not work. Do not
install the HP SAM 1.0.3 upgrade if you have less than 1 GB of memory on the HP
SAM web server.

FIXES:
- Fixes issue where the "usp_Dae_getredirect time out" error is generated when
a user requests to connect to a blade PC and there are over a thousand (1000)
resources assigned to the same role.

- Fixes an intermittent issue where the "Channel DAE_SVC" error is generated
when a user requests to connect to a blade PC.

- Fixes an issue where the HP SAM Web server stops responding (locks) and must
be restarted when the SAM administrator views the data in the Log tab and there
are hundreds of thousands of entries to show. Version 1.0.3 limits the number
of shown entries to ten thousand (10000) or less.

- Fixes an intermittent issue where a user is assigned to an available blade PC
instead of to the user's disconnected blade PC resource.
