PREREQUISITES:  
For the HP Compaq nw9440 Mobile Workstations:
   - HP recommends updating the BIOS and the NVIDIA graphics driver at the same
     time to ensure appropriate functionality. After updating the NVIDIA
     Workstation Graphics Driver, download and install the System BIOS version
     F.17 (or later) from the HP website.  

For users upgrading to this version of the video driver:
  -  After installing this video driver update, System BIOS version F.17 
     (or later) must be installed. 

NOTE:  System BIOS version F.17 is available in the following HP SoftPaqs (or
later):
- SP33892 titled, "ROM Image for HP Notebook System BIOS (68YAF) Remote ROM
  Flash - SSM Compliant"
- SP33893 titled, "HPQFlash for HP Notebook System BIOS (68YAF) - Windows-Based"
- SP33894 titled, "ROMPaq for HP Notebook Systems BIOS (68 YAF) - FreeDOS

HOW TO USE:  
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
