DESCRIPTION:
This package contains a flash utility and firmware update for Adaptec SCSI RAID 
2120S Controllers installed in the listed workstations and operating systems. 
The Adaptec SCSI RAID 2120S Controller is an Ultra320, single-channel SCSI RAID 
controller. 

This firmware is only for Adaptec ASR2120S SCSI RAID Controllers having part 
number AS#325447-004 (the part number is printed on a label that is affixed to 
the back of the controller card).

NOTE: Adaptec ASR2120S SCSI RAID Controllers having part numbers AS#325447-001, 
AS#325447-002, or AS#325447-003 and Version 8206 firmware, do not need the 
firmware upgraded.
