FIXES: 
- Fixes issue where pressing the Fn+F4 keys does not switch display after
  swapping Primary and Secondary displays.
- Fixes issue where Valve Corporation Half-Life 2 Game stops responding (hangs)
  after playing for a few minutes.
- Fixes issue where DVI and CRT displays are blank when the 3D Flying Object
  Screen Saver is running in Extended Desktop mode.
- Fixes issue where some desktop resolutions are missing after a hot undock
  when a screen saver is active.
- Fixes issue where the notebook stops responding (hangs) during live 3D
  preview. To resolve the issue, live 3D preview is disabled.
