ENHANCEMENTS:  
- Provides battery information for HP Battery Diagnotics Program.

FIXES: 
- Fixes intermittent issue with keyboard controller that prevents the notebook
  from starting. When this issue occurs, the battery and AC power must both be
  removed and then AC power must be reconnected before the notebook will start.

- Fixes issue where the system stops responding (hangs) during system startup.

- Fixes issue where Microsoft Windows Vista cannot be installed.
