             1) Resolved an issue with reporting the memory size incorrectly
	        in the SMBIOS table record type 17 and in Windows 2003 
	        SBS system information.
	
	     2) Resolved an issue with incorrect spelling of "Venderpool
	        technology" and "Disable for WindowsXP" in the BIOS Setup Utility
	        help information.

	     3) Resolved an issue with dual core processors where selecting
	        Single CPU mode and enabling Hyper-Threading Technology in the 
	        BIOS Setup Menu will only show one processor in the OS.

	     4) Removed the "USB Speed Select" choice from the BIOS Setup Menu.  
	        USB will always run at full speed if USB 2.0 is enabled.

	     5) Resolved an issue where the Single Logical Processor Mode choice 
	        in the BIOS Setup Menu could not be disabled for the second 
	        processor core when using a dual core processor.




HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP32145.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP32145 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP32145.EXE if you wish.
