DESCRIPTION:   This release provides updated system ROM images
for the latest maintenance releases of HP ProLiant DL320 G4 Servers.

        HP ProLiant DL320 G4 system ROM D20 (12/16/2005)
        =================================================

	     1) Added support for new revisions of Intel Xeon processors.

	     2) Added support for enabling Intel's Virtualization Technology (VT).  
		This feature is supported on Intel's new dual-core Intel 
		Xeon MP processors.  VT provides enhanced support for virtualization 
		and will be utilized by future Virtual Machine Managers.  
		This support is disabled by default and can be enabled 
		using the ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU).

HOW TO USE:


1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP32120.EXE.


3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP32120.exe [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.


4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP32120.EXE if you wish.
