		1) Resolved an issue where the system may not wake up from
		   a Wake-On-LAN (WOL) magic packet on the embedded 5714 NICs
		   after a hibernation shutdown.

		2) Resolved an issue utilizing Virtual Serial Port (VSP)
		   with the iLO 2 PCI Serial Port option.  This ROM removes support
		   for the iLO 2 PCI Serial Port for Virtual Serial Port.

HOW TO USE:


  1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

  2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on a system running Microsoft Windows 2000, 
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, or Microsoft Windows XP and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP32334.EXE.


  3.  From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded SoftPaq file:
SPxxxxx [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive 
to create diskette.


  4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file if you wish.

  5.  Insert this diskette into the diskette drive of the system to be updated.
