FIXES: 
- Fixes issue with Japanese and German keyboards where some characters could not
  be used to set up the BIOS Administrator or a Power On password when using the
  BIOS Configuration for ProtectTools utility.

PREREQUISITES:  
- HP ProtectTools Security Manager Version 2.00 Rev A (or later) must be
  installed on the notebook before this SoftPaq can be installed. HP
  ProtectTools Security Manager is available in SoftPaq Number SP29413 (or
  later).

HOW TO USE:  
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
