ENHANCEMENT(S):
- Improves system stability during Power On.

FIXES: 
- Fixes intermittent issue where the notebook stops responding (hangs)
  if the ESC key is pressed during the Power-On Self-Test (POST) when
  the HP logo is displayed on the screen.
- Fixes intermittent issue where the notebook incorrectly lists USB
  Bluetooth devices when resuming from Standby mode (may list fewer or
  more devices).

HOW TO USE:
 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: The BIOS version can be determined during the last step of running
the WinFlash utility. Click "OK" to confirm the BIOS update and continue,
or click "Cancel" to skip it.
