ENHANCEMENTS: 
 - Primary Master HDD runs in UDMA Mode 2 when Primary Slave is connected.
 - Adds null checking to all SEEPROM to SMBIOS tale string copies.

FIXES:
 - Fixes lockup that occurred when keyboard was pressed during Hibernation splash screen.
 - Corrects CD-ROM failure during ACPI testing with 3.06-Ghz P4 processors.
 - Fixes issue where MTRR table configuration caused nVidia Linux Graphics driver to fail.
 - Fixes HAL_INTIALIZATION_FAILED error that occurred with Windows 2000 during resume 
   from S4 testing.
