DESCRIPTION:
The Intel PRO/1000 Management Software supports the Intel PRO/1000 MT Adapter,
Intel Pro/VM Network Connection, the Intel Pro/100 S Desktop Adapter, Intel
82559 Fast Ethernet LOM, and the Intel Pro/100+ Managment Adapters. This
driver is PC99 Compliant and supports Insight Manager LC. It supports 
Compaq System Software Manager (SSM) on the Intel Pro/1000 MT Adapter only.

HOW TO USE:

NOTE: This driver set is an INF based installation. Autoupdate of the driver will 
not occur unless you execute the Softpaq within an SSM compliant environment.
 
1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded
is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number
above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file
downloaded in step 1.

4. For details on manual driver and diagnostics installation, refer to the INDEX.HTM 
file within the Info folder.
