ENHANCEMENTS:  
- Enabled data gathering message to be in sync with control panel.
- Added maximum timeout on shutdown.

FIXES:  
- Powerprotection shutdown counter.
- Reactivated the backup system's "Remind me later" feature.
- Changed control panel to require hitting "Apply" to start/stop service.
- Corrected the running of the "Tour" from previous versions of flash.
- Removed dependency on ATL.dll.
- Correction to Presario info center link in New Owner Advice message
- Ping server changed to "ping.advisor.Compaq.com".
- FTP server changed to "ftp.advisor.Compaq.com".

Also needs to be installed after upgrade from ME to XPFix for powerprotection shutdown counter.

HOW TO USE:
1.  Download SP20620.exe.

2.   Double-click the SP20620.exe icon and follow the on screen prompts.
