This is the modified categories patch which fixes minor issues in eFiction
3.5.3.

Initial fixes:

* Admin settings > Blocks > Categories. When TinyMCE is enabled, Use TinyMCE
  would be unchecked and TinyMCE would show, and vice versa. Tricky one to fix.
