This archive seems to be near production ready, as I have fixed some egregious issues that would have prevented eFiction 3 Mod from being compatible with future PHP 9.0.

Not so important issues:

* tinyMCE 4 and newer make the characters selection form's top entry (usually the None entry as the id for it doesn't exist) disappear after adding a category. However, previewing a story makes it reappear.
* tinyMCE 6 and newer render the enable/disable toggles in the Admin Panel useless... along with the previously mentioned issue...
